Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns / refunds / exchanges unless they have been caused by an issue or error on our part or not matching given description.
If there has been some mistake or problem on our end, you must notify us immediately on receipt (within 2 days), by contacting us on any of the methods listed on our Contact Us page. Additionally, please take a few pictures along with proof of purchase to support your claims.
In such a case, after verification, we will offer to provide proportional compensation, replace the item (if available in our stock) or, in worst case, offer a full refund.
In case of a return, we will require you to return the item in original packing back to us. For major cities and main areas, we may be able to arrange a pick-up service using our specialized e-commerce courier partners.
In other locations, we will require you (the customer) to ship the package by using any one of the standard courier services. For your convenience, we suggest services that offer pick-up from home, such as TCS Haazir or M&P Pick-Up. You will be required to pay these courier fees. The return address (Islamabad or Lahore) shall be provided to you at this point.
- In case of replacement, we will ship you a replacement product, and refund the courier fees.
- In case of refund, we will refund the product cost (as invoiced) as well as the courier fees.
The refund will be processed within 2-3 business days, and transferred to any bank / mobile wallet account in your (the customer’s) name. If you paid via a credit / debit card, the refund may be applied to the original method of payment, and may take a few days to show up in your statement.
Sometimes, our team may grant exceptions to the above policy. In such a case, the team will communicate the terms directly to you, and may charge an additional Rs. 100 handling fee.
